Call to Order:

The regular meeting of the Northwood City Council was called to order by Mayor Mark A. Stoner on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 7:33 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Northwood Municipal Building.

Roll Call:

The roll was called by the Clerk of Council and those in attendance were:  Mayor Stoner; Council members Myers, Barton and Gallaher; City Attorney Ballenger, City Administrator Recker and Clerk of Council Goertz.  Those absent were:  Council members Kozina, Edwards, Hughes and Schimmel; City Engineer Kuhn.

Adjournment:

Mayor Stoner advised that since there was not a quorum of at least 4 members of Council present, the meeting could not be held and adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m.
