Organizational City Council Meeting Council by Mayor Mark Stoner on Thursday, January 3, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Northwood Municipal Building. 

The Pledge of Allegiance was then given: Mayor Mark Stoner

The roll was called by the Clerk of Council and those in attendance were as follows:

Purpose of Meeting

The purpose for annual City Council Organizational meeting is for the members of Council to elect a President of Council for the year 2013 and to schedule committee meetings that may need to be held in January.
