In accordance with the Northwood City Charter, the Mayor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Municipality. The Mayor supervises the administration of the City of Northwood and exercises control over all divisions thereof. The Mayor shall be the chief conservator of the peace within the City of Northwood and shall cause all laws and ordinances to be enforced therein.
