The City Clerk maintains the record keeping for the City of Northwood. The position encompasses an array of duties; including the recording of minutes of various boards and committees, and maintaining records of all types. This office upholds the integrity of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Northwood by assuring it is kept current.
Under the direction of City Council and City Administrator:
The clerk performs administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for City Council, Mayor, City Administrator, Finance Director, and Boards and Commissions of the City.
